Joyce is a highly organized, analytical and networked Development Specialist. She has supported various sectors including water and sanitation, environment, health, education and gender as a technical advisor, coordinator and consultant for institutions such as the World Bank, USAID, European Union and UNICEF. She holds a PhD in Water Management, women and health: Dublin City University, Ireland in partnership with Makerere University School of Women and Gender Studies and a Master of Arts degree in Development Studies from Kimmage-Ireland. Her key strengths lie in Project Design, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Donor Relations Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination, Capacity Building and Research.

She is very passionate about Sustainable Development, Good Governance/Stewardship, Mentorship and Charity work.

At a personal level, she is married and a Rotarian at Rotary Club of Kajjansi.
